Bible Readers’ Society in cooperation with Breakthrough and Milestones Productions, International (BMPI) and UNTV brings you another fund-raising concert of Kuya Daniel Razon.
Together with some of the country’s top individual performers and bands, Kuya Daniel Razon will take part in this year’s “YConCon: Isang Araw Lang,” the sequel, a youth concert and convention on August 17 at the Araneta coliseum.
Among the performers and bands who are expected to perform are: Pupil, Nina, Sugarfree, Itchyworms, Shamrock, Francis “Kiko” Reyes of the Dawn, and BREAD crumbs.
In this year’s YCon Con, Kuya Daniel Razon will perform for the first time the theme song of his advocacy titled “Isang Araw Lang.”
The message of Kuya Daniel Razon’s latest song is to motivate people to do good even for just one day in a year.
Proceeds from the YConCon: Isang Araw Lang will go to the various public service projects of Kuya Daniel Razon, particularly the Free College project which will provide free education to selected scholars from indigent families.
Kuya Daniel hopes that his Just One Day (Isang Araw Lang) campaign will help awaken the sense of responsibility of the Filipinos and compassion for our fellowmen.
“YConCon: Isang Araw Lang,” the sequel is a project of a youth organization called BREAD (Bible Readers’ Society) International.
The first “YConCon” Youth Convention and Concert was launched in 2007 at the Araneta Coliseum for the benefit of Bahay Bagong Buhay Rehabilitation Center in Bicutan, Taguig that houses children who were victims of illegal drug abuse and solvent addiction.
The BREAD (Bible Readers’ Society) International is a youth organization with the mission to institutionalize not only bible reading and studying but also to translate biblical ideals into a constant practice.
It is composed of students, professionals and out of school youth, bread society has been leading the people in reading the bible mostly in educational institutions.
